Pursuant to the applicable Law on consumer protection, the Customer is entitled to replace or return the purchased items within 14 days since the takeover without specifying the reason, save as the order and shipped items have been made in accordance with the special requests from the consumer, tailor-made or customized.

The Customer needs to return the product unused, undamaged and in its original package with all the accessories received together with the product. The Customer can choose the method for returning the items and we do not take any responsibility in case of product loss or damage. All postage costs shall be borne by the Customer, save as in cases when the Customer has received a defective or wrong product.

Upon receiving the items, it is first necessary for us to determine the state of the product and then to replace and return the money. The items are not eligible for buyback.

The products sold at reduced prices as well as products made in accordance with your requests shall not be returned or replaced.

NV Bracelets reserves the right not to accept the product for which the claim has been filed if the product is identified as used or damaged during the inspection.
