There are 5 sizes to choose from:

• XS: 15 cm
• S: 16 cm (standard women’s size)
• M: 17 cm
• L: 18 cm (standard men’s size)
• XL: 19 cm

Note:

• To determine the right size, use a measuring tape or string and wrap it around your wrist where you would like the bracelet to sit
• The sizes listed refer to wrist size, not the bracelet length
• Measure your wrist snugly, the bracelet will be crafted to fit comfortably and will not feel tight
• If you’re purchasing a bracelet as a gift and cannot measure the wrist, we recommend choosing one of the universal sizes, which fit most people

If your wrist size exceeds the size range, please contact us at office@nautical-vibes.com to make the bracelet according to your size.

Payment on our online store can be made using one of the following methods: VISA, Maestro, Dina, or MasterCard cards that support online payments. All card transactions are securely processed through Raiffeisen Bank.
Customers from Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina can also pay cash on delivery.

Please contact our customer service at office@nautical-vibes.com as soon as posible, so we can change or cancel your order before it was shipped.

Shipping period is from 1 to 5 working days. It may be prolonged during the national holidays and post-office non-working days.

All orders within Serbia are delivered the day after dispatch (except for smaller towns where deliveries are not made on a daily basis).

For Bosnia and Herzegovina, delivery takes between 1–5 business days after the package has been shipped.

Orders to Montenegro are shipped every Thursday and delivered on Monday.

For all other Countries, delivery typically takes between 7 and 20 business days.

If you wish to return a product, contact us within 14 days after you have received your product. Please note that the product needs to be unused and in the same condition it arrived. View our “Exchange & Returns” page for more information and details.
