EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

 

 

In accordance with the applicable Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of RS No. 62/2014), the customer has the right to exchange or return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, without providing reasons, unless the ordered and received goods were made according to the consumer's special requirements, measurements, or personalized.

 

Before returning or exchanging goods, it is necessary to email us at office@nautical-vibes.com with the shipment number, your name and surname, and the date of the order. You will receive a response within 3 business days. If you do not receive a response, you can contact us at the phone number 0641202289. The customer must return the product unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, with all accompanying accessories received with the product. The customer chooses the method of return, and we are not responsible in case of loss or damage to the product. All postage costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the customer received a defective or incorrect product.

 

Upon receipt of the goods, we will first determine the condition of the product and then proceed with the exchange or refund.In the event of a refund to a customer who previously paid by credit or debit card, whether partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the refund, the amount will be returned exclusively to the same VISA, Maestro, DINA or MasterCard card used for the original payment. This means that our bank will process the refund directly back to the customer’s card account upon our request. It is not possible to send goods with cash on delivery during the return process.

 

Sale items and products made according to the customer's special requirements, measurements, or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

NV Bracelets reserves the right to refuse to approve a product complaint if it is determined upon inspection that the product has been used or damaged.
