General Terms and Conditions
The General Terms and Conditiions govern the use of the website nautical-vibes.com, owned by the company STEFAN ČOLIĆ PR TRGOVINSKA RADNJA NV BRACELETS, located at Salvadora Aljendea 1, 11060 Palilula, Belgrade, Serbia, with the tax identification number (PIB) 109737331, registered with the Serbian Business Registers Agency under the company number 64393197.
The business operations of NV Bracelets through the website nautical-vibes.com are regulated by the Law on Electronic Commerce and all other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia. By visiting or purchasing from the nautical-vibes.com website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the general terms of use and purchase as well as the privacy policy of this site. NV Bracelets reserves the right to amend the terms of use depending on changes in its product offerings and applicable legal regulations. The customer is obliged to check the information related to the terms of business before each purchase.
Obligations and Rights of the Seller
The seller is obliged to send an email to the customer upon receipt of the order confirmation, which contains the name, price, and quantity of the ordered items, shipping costs (if any), as well as the address details entered by the customer for delivery of the order.
In accordance with the applicable Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to exchange or return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt (Articles 13 and 27 of the Law). All complaints will be resolved in accordance with the terms of exchange and returns.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer is obliged to provide the seller with accurate billing and delivery information. If the customer provides incorrect personal information or email address during the purchase process, the seller cannot be held responsible for problems in delivering or receiving the ordered goods.
Payment Methods
Customers can pay for their orders either by credit or debit card on our website, or in cash upon delivery to the courier.
Payment on our online store can be made using one of the following methods: VISA, Maestro, Dina or MasterCard cards that support online payments. Card payments are processed securely through AllSecure doo and Raiffeisen Bank, using the certified AllSecure Payment Gateway. Simply enter your card details to complete the transaction.
Once the card information is submitted and the payment is authorized by the bank, your order is approved and moves forward to the preparation stage. The payment amount will be temporarily reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other transactions.
The transaction will only be finalized and the amount charged when your order is packed and handed over to the courier for delivery. If the payment is not completed and the amount is not deducted within 14 days of order confirmation, the order will be automatically canceled and removed. After this 14-day period, the reserved funds will be released back to your account and become available again. You can then place a new order and complete the payment.
Please check with your bank to confirm that your card supports online payments.
Delivery
The seller reserves the right to limit the shipment of larger quantities of the same products or to cancel the order for any reason. The delivery time must not exceed 30 days from the date of purchase (Article 32 of the Law); however, we usually deliver orders within 3 to 5 working days. In the event of the inability to ship the goods, the seller is obliged to inform the customer within no more than 3 working days from the date of the order.
Delivery of shipments within Serbia is carried out by PostExpress courier service. Delivery costs are free for orders valued over 5,000 RSD. For orders valued at 4,999 RSD or less, the customer pays the delivery costs according to the current Post Express price list (price list).
The customer receives the shipment tracking number via email. If the postman does not find the customer at the specified address, a “Notice of Arrival of Shipment” is left in the mailbox. If the postman does not leave a notice, the shipment can be personally picked up at the post office within 5 days, with the provided shipment number. After 5 days, the package is returned to the sender.
Prices
All prices listed on the website are expressed in dinars (RSD). The sales prices of items are valid only for purchases in the online store. For all orders, the valid prices at the time of payment confirmation apply. NV Bracelets reserves the right to change the current prices at any time.
Statement on Conversion
Please note that all payments will be effected in the Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). If the payment is done using foreign issuers payment cards, total amount of transaction will be converted into bank settlement currency, according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. Once when transaction is settled the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
Intellectual Property
The customer confirms and agrees that all copyrights, trademarks, and other industrial and intellectual property rights related to the materials or content displayed on the site always belong to the company NV Bracelets. It is forbidden to copy any part of the site, as well as to reproduce, display, transmit, or otherwise use it for any purpose without the prior approval of NV Bracelets. This does not prevent the customer from using the site to the extent necessary to obtain information about their order or contact details.
Product Descriptions and Images
NV Bracelets strives to describe all products as accurately as possible and to display the colors and materials of the products in the store images as realistically as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will display the exact color shade. If the product purchased by the customer differs from the information provided on the site, the customer can return it in unused condition in accordance with the return policy.
